$680 / 2br - 1100ft2 - a very comfy room, in a leafy, quiet 2BDR with great feng shui! (holladay)

I would like to find a pleasant, reasonably clean housemate, for one room of my two rooms in Holladay. The feng-shui is very nice; the smells of homemade sauces, soups and tasty stir-fries are... sublime! This complex is very shady, rather cool in the summer and quite warm in the winter. Parking is easy; security is good. There's a pool. You'd have sole use of the apartment mailbox, as well as secure package delivery available at my UPS store box. The internet is XFinity, and fast. There's a pretty nice, quite large, wall-mounted flat screen in the living room, tons of plants, and two very plush papasan couches. I and my home are very bike friendly. Everything works - and nothing is new, or flashy modern - the sycamore and spruce trees are fifty years old, as well as most of the plumbing! There is A/C, safe W&D in a secure basement room. The entire building is also security-coded, although, in my nine years here - I've known of no burglaries. Utilities will be split 50-50, and include electricity and internet, for approximately an additional $75 / month, for each of us. The face shots are of myself and my son - but only I live here; he lives next door in his own unit. And, there are a few pictures of my Duchesne ranch - where an interested person could have a few acres of their own land to do some organic farming, should you wish! To be clear - there is NOT a hidden social agenda here - I'll entertain myself quite nicely without ever suggesting anything with or from you - unless it's a housemate dinner at Ruby River or Sharon's Cafe! I'll keep my guests in check; I'll ask that you do the same!
