SEMI Regional CDL-A Driver SALARY 85K PLUS. Home Weekends (Springfield)

We are a small family owned and operated Regional refrigerated carrier based in Central Massachusetts. Our operating area is New England, NY, NJ, Pa, and occasionally MD. NO NYC. Most Runs are out and back. Dedicated year-round direct customer freight with a large amount of drop and hooks. Semi-Regional Drivers, Typical work week is Sunday night/Monday am- Friday night. home weekends and most runs are 1 night out, next night home. 2-3 overnights per week, Pay is SALARY based per day. $85k PLUS per year GUARANTEED. Our Fleet consists of 2016 and newer Freightliner Coronado gliders and 2015 and newer reefer trailers. Responsibilities: -Ability to safely operate a Sleeper tractor and 53' trailer throughout the northeast including in tight locations -Ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight, meeting deadlines. -Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. -Maintain all company required paperwork -Ability to communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and delays - Must Demonstrate a strong work ethic—must be able to complete all assignments in a timely manner. Requirements: -Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record. -Minimum of 6 months of experience as a truck driver. -Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. -Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight delivery schedules. -Must be able to complete all job duties without micromanagement. -Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. -Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. -Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screening Salary Pay is Salary per day, based on experience, starting at no less than $85,800 per year Health, dental, and vision insurance.
