FedEx Delivery Driver – Part-Time and Seasonal (Local Routes) (Portland)

We are seeking safety-focused and dependable Delivery Drivers to join our team for the holiday season. Drivers will operate company vehicles to deliver packages on assigned local routes while providing outstanding customer service. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Safely operate a company-owned delivery truck on assigned routes. • Deliver 150+ packages daily within scheduled time frames. • Provide courteous and professional customer service. • Accurately scan, load, and unload packages. • Follow safety guidelines and company delivery procedures. • Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs. ________________________________________ Qualifications Required: • At least 21 years of age. • Valid driver’s license (no CDL required). • Minimum of 1-year verifiable driving experience. • Clean Motor Vehicle Record. • Must pass DOT physical and drug screening. • Legal status to work in the USA. • Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs. independently and 150 lbs. using a dolly. • Strong time management and reliability. Responsibilities: • Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages • Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections • Loading and Unloading packages from the truck • Delivering packages to the correct destination • Accurately scanning and logging packages • Adhere to all driving regulations and safety standards while on the road Preferred: • 1 year job related delivery or driving experience (UPS, Amazon, Uber). • Familiarity with GPS and route navigation. ________________________________________ Schedule & Compensation • Part-Time and Seasonal: flexible schedule and weekends • Shifts begin at 8:30 AM – delivery completion. • Attractive pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour. • Weekly Paycheck (Fridays); direct deposit. ________________________________________
