Collaborate with catering teams, banquet staff, and other service providers to ensure seamless execution of events. Develop marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance. Maintain organized records of contracts, budgets, and event details for future reference. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Background in hospitality or guest services is a plus; experience in restaurants or hotels is beneficial. Familiarity with budgeting processes related to event management. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fundraising or marketing for events is advantageous. A passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests. We are looking for a contract Project Manager to spearhead phase 2 development of our newest glamping resort from initiation to completion. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual with extensive construction management experience and exceptional leadership skills to drive project success. **Responsibilities:** - Define phase 2 project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with owners.
