Responsibilities Perform a thorough review of incoming projects Ability to organize and coordinate workload to determine the priority of duties Maintain project tracking system (Fieldwire & Data Warehouse) to ensure field and upper management are up to date with project progress Provide oversight, leadership, and mentorship to our field team Manage and be present at active GAC jobs site Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure effective crew and resource allocation Actively builds and maintains a positive partnership with GAC departments, customers, subcontractors, municipalities, and inspectors Train and develop all field supervision. General Description of the Job (tasks, duties, roles, expectations): The Project Manager coordinates and directs a project team’s engineering, design, procurement and construction efforts to meet a customer’s project objectives in accordance with the terms defined in the contract applicable to the work.
