Requirements Minimum 7-9 years inside & outside plant experience in telecommunications with in-depth knowledge of ISP/OSP equipment, designs, construction/installation, or the equivalent in training and experience; Located in Florida; Deep understanding of the work, processes, and industry trends; Ability to lead a group of individual contributors to accomplish the goals of the department; Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are required to work cross-functionally, with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors; Comprehensive knowledge of network topologies spanning switching, access, and transport portions of the network.
