As an MRO Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects related to aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Your scope will include repair operations, front office coordination, logistics (shipping/receiving), shopfloor transformation initiatives, and support functions such as procurement and quality. You will act as the central point of contact between operational teams, support functions, and internal/external clients.   Key Responsibilities Project management Define, plan, and monitor MRO-related projects (repair process optimization, digitalization, operational improvements, etc.) Coordinate stakeholders across departments (shopfloor, logistics, quality, procurement, IT) and with external partners Ensure project delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints, while complying with aerospace regulations Reporting & communication Produce project status reports (KPIs, milestones, risks) Lead project meetings and stakeholder updates Requirements Experience: Project Manager experience Prior experience working with customers in aerospace industry is preferred. Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, aerospace, project management, or a related field. Skills & Achievments : MRO processes (repair shopfloor, logistics, procurement, quality) Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) Familiarity with PLM/ERP/MES systems (PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP, Aprisio, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of digital technologies, and their applications in the aerospace sector. Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.  Languages: Fluent in English (required), French is a plus. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: 17+ years of full-time, paid professional experience in construction/project management 5+ years managing large-scale programs or projects with construction values over $50 million (individual project value) 5+ years working on educational, public works, or commercial construction projects Education Requirements: (Must meet One of the following) Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management OR bachelor’s degree in any field + ability to complete Certified Construction Manager (CCM) within 1 year of employment OR 20+ years of construction/project management experience (no degree) + must complete CCM within 1 year OR current holder of a valid CCM credential Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Design-Build, BIM, LEED, or CHPS projects Knowledge of DSA design/construction processes OSHA 30 Certification CA Registered Architect or Professional Engineer license Current CCM credential Why Join Greenridge? We are seeking an experienced Aerial Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of aerial Outside Plant (OSP)aerial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field crews, ensuring adherence to construction schedules and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our fiber network infrastructure, and we’re looking for someone with strong leadership, technical, and communication skills. This role also includes interpreting prepared plans and specifications in providing oversight of aerial construction projects, enforcing codes, ordinances, and construction techniques related to projects. This is a salaried position, with work times to be determined by the needs of the project and company. Responsibilities Perform a thorough review of incoming projects Ability to organize and coordinate workload to determine the priority of duties Maintain project tracking system (Fieldwire & Data Warehouse) to ensure field and upper management are up to date with project progress Oversee day-to-day OSP aerial construction operations including installation of fiber optic cable, strand placement, pole transfers, and make-ready work. Provide oversight, leadership, and mentorship to our field team Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, local/state/federal regulations, and safety requirements. Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure effective crew and resource allocation Actively builds and maintains a positive partnership with GAC departments, customers, subcontractors, municipalities, and inspectors Hold weekly meetings with crews both internal and external to keep the team informed and address all issues Ensure field personnel is adhering to all company policies and procedures Work closely with local utility locating services and utility providers to ensure all utilities are marked Ensure all company safety practices are being adhered to in the field, not limited to PPE use. Coordinate traffic control needs for the project Creates and sends out weekly Production Asbuilts to contractors and billing team to ensure all invoicing is processed within the project's required time frame Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Additional duties as assigned Requirements Education and Work Experience Requirements: Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred or three years of relevant work experience Experience in Department management and Supervisory role overseeing direct reports of 3+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required Valid Driver’s License (Required), CDL Class A or Class B (Preferred), DOT Med card (Required) OSHA10 & 30 Certifications (Preferred) Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Field Wire) Strong leadership and team management skills.
