This nest is a cozy tiny home feel of a studio condo located in downtown between Masonic and Center Streets near State Street Fruit Market and the police station. A quiet culdesac primarily used by foot traffic this quiet oasis can provide you a needed respite from the holidays, a place for a new beginning to start the new year off with a space of your own. Whether you're seeking a fresh start or need a base for a short term temporary job you feel at home in this cozy nest. Rent includes use of the condo and parking space and deck, all furnishings and linens/dishes and cookware provided. The rate includes all electricity and utilities and wifi. Come as you are and make yourself at home. Move in costs are one month's stay plus: 1. refundable security deposit ($500). 2. cleaning fee ($200). 3. pet fee ($50). If staying more than one month the move in costs are 1.5 months plus security deposit.
