Work your own hours at your own pace! (Door Knocking) We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting targeted neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and speaking with property owners to inquire if they would like to sell their home. Your primary goal is to build rapport with homeowners, gather property information, and generate qualified leads for our acquisitions team. Earn $500 for each deal that we buy! (Scouting Properties) Perfect for those who deliver or drive around town frequently. We are looking for people to send us addresses for vacant houses, vacant land, and any home that appears to be run down. (You text me the address) Earn $250 for each deal that we buy! Training and scripts are provided—no experience required. Responsibilities: *Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to identify motivated sellers. *Engage homeowners in a friendly, professional conversation. *Explain our interests in buying properties directly (no agents, no fees). *Ask qualifying questions and gather accurate property and owner details. *Record homeowner responses. *Set appointments when a homeowner shows interest. Qualifications: *Comfortable talking to strangers and handling objections. *Positive, outgoing personality with a self-starter attitude. *Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. *Reliable transportation. *Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
