Turf & Paver Installer (Valleywide)

Position Overview: We are looking for experienced Turf & Paver Installers and a Crew Lead who can lead by example, deliver exceptional work, and help our team grow. Responsibilities: Install artificial turf, pavers, and outdoor hardscapes. Perform grading, base preparation, and compaction. Lead and train crew members (Crew Lead position). Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems (a plus). Maintain a clean and safe job site. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in turf, pavers, or landscape installation. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
