The helper role will assist the lead installation tech with the following tasks: The typical job involves the demolition of a current tub or shower base and tile walls, followed by installation of new tub and shower base, acrylic wall panels, and installing new trim. Other jobs require extended services such as installation of tile or vinyl flooring, installing vanity cabinets, faucets, mirrors, lighting, wainscoting, and re-setting toilets. Traits: The successful candidate will desire learning and developing their skills to grow into a lead installer position in the future. Will also have the following traits: MUST KNOW HOW TO READ A TAPE MEASURE. Ability to focus on quality, including cutting in straight lines, paying attention to the small details of remodeling jobs, and making clients satisfied Clean cut, neat, & dress appropriately A desire to learn new installation techniques, designed to increase the value of our remodels to clients, and increase our efficiency Assist multiple installers Know how to cut drywall, OSB, 2x4's and use multiple kinds of power tools.
