There isnt much work out here right now so we need carpenters who love their work!! We need a skilled and motivated siding and trim carpenter/ handyman for our growing business. We work all over the metro atlanta area. Prefer contracts for each project but can start day/hourly to see how we work together. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it. Our group has been successful in metro atlanta for almost 30 years. We have projects from dunwoody, east cobb, canton, sandy springs, buckhead to grayson, snellville - all around the metro area. We stay busy and need dependable workers who love to work!!! Half of our business is exterior repairs but we do everything and have for years. We tackle basements, kitchens, baths, tile work and a ton of inspection repairs for local real estate agents. Skilled carpenters are earning $20/hr to $60/hr (cash) based on performance and output. Monthly performance bonus based on productivity and profitability. Most of our guys are earning $1500 to $3000 a week - as carpenters and handymen; While others have run out of work, we are busier than ever. We are actively seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support our clients in maintaining high-quality residential communities. These positions are critical in ensuring the timely and efficient turnover of apartment units, addressing resident work orders, and executing repairs and renovations. Rate of Pay: $26–$28 DOE Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Requirements: Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing standards Duties include: • Perform full unit turns: Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, appliance installs, and non-licensed electrical work • Prepare move-in inspection reports with new and vacating residents • Track key/lock system and change locks as needed • Install and troubleshoot appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators • Provide courtesy services for tenants, including package delivery and routine/preventative maintenance for pool/spa areas Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders, with skills in plumbing, light electrical, and appliance troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment • Ability to manage a physical workload while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing quality work • Possess basic hand tools to perform daily tasks • Reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites

Day to day job details include, welding, framing, drywall repairs, painting, gutter cleaning, concrete flat work some masonry and eviction clean outs. Must be able to lift 80 pounds, Must have a drivers license and a vehicle to drive to the job site every day. Must have your own tools such as cordless drill , impact, tape measure , hammer , square etc. We are looking for a person with a wide variety of skills to help us with our day to day jobs. We work all over the Denver Metro area for apartment communities repairing fences, hand railings, sidewalk and general building repairs.
