Youâll be responsible for leading by example in the field and mentoring newer technicians, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. đ§ Requirements: 1+ year of professional window cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial) Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 feet Valid driverâs license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Positive attitude and a no-whining, no-complaining mindset đ Perks & Pay: $20â$23/hour for lead technician depending on experience A team environment built on respect, character, and excellence If youâre currently working for a company that doesnât challenge you to grow or reflect your values, it may be time to make a move.
