ShareDrywaller Drywaller - $20/hr - DOE We are currently hiring Drywallers with experience performing drywall installations in a commercial setting. Key Responsibilities: -Installation: Measure, cut, and fasten drywall panels to the interior wood or metal framework of walls and ceilings. -Cutting: Use cutting tools, such as keyhole saws, to create openings for electrical outlets, windows, and other fixtures. -Finishing: Apply joint tape and compound (mud) to cover seams between drywall panels and over nail or screw heads. -Smoothing: Apply subsequent coats of compound and sand the surfaces to create a smooth finish, ready for paint or other wall treatments. -Site Preparation: Clean and prepare the work area, protect adjacent surfaces from dust, and ensure tools are clean. -Safety: Follow safety protocols, use lifts or hoists for overhead work, and wear appropriate safety gear to prevent injuries.
