In this role, you will be responsible for prepping and painting structural steel components, as well as assisting with the loading and unloading of materials. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the overall operations of the shop and helping us meet high standards for quality and safety. In this role, you will play a key part in constructing structural metal products by laying out, positioning, aligning, and fitting together fabricated parts according to blueprints and specifications. Safety and quality are top priorities, and you will be trained to operate overhead cranes, cutting torches, and heating equipment properly.
