You have the ability to schedule your hours to work 20-30 hours a week. Prior landscaping experience is not a must, but should have construction/building experience. You will be: • Installing pavers and retaining wall blocks • Edging and fabric installation • Sod Installation and putting down mulch • Pruning and planting new trees/shrubs • Boulder and rock installation • Yard maintenance/clean-up Must be able to: • Lift 50-70 pounds, • Hauling dirt/rocks in a wheelbarrow (electric and manual) • Use basic tools and know how/where to use: levels, tape measure, hammer/mallet, square, caulking gun, pry bar. • Show up on time. Key Responsibilities: -Perform MIG welding in a variety of custom fabrication projects. -Stage, fit, and weld components in multiple placements and configurations. -Manage workload based on production schedules and project priorities. -Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications with accuracy. -Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement creative, practical solutions. -Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, following shop safety protocols. -Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the welding department.
