If you have a strong work ethic and are experienced in general maintenance, we would love to have you join our team as a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician and help keep our residential apartment complex running smoothly! Location: North County, CA Key Duties: • Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. • Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. • As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. • As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. • Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. • Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. • As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches. Qualifications: • At least two to four years of experience in maintenance • HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary • Appliance repair experience is preferred but not necessary • You must have your own tools. • A current driver's license and auto insurance • Possessing a strong work ethic and professional demeanor • Being able to work one weekend day and participate in after-hours calls • Having good written and vocal English communication skills Base Pay Start Rate: $25.20 - $27.10 To apply, please email us your resume at recruiter@propertysrv.com.
