Assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control, etc. Assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory. Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc). Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required A current driver’s license is required One year of facility or property maintenance experience is required EPA certification is required Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required. Candidates must receive a passing score on the Maxus maintenance exam.
