This position involves hands-on work with our storage containers and snow equipment, ensuring they are ready for the snow season and properly stored afterward. Our company prides itself on providing reliable and efficient snow management services, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards. Responsibilities Maintain and manage storage containers at client sites throughout eastern Massachusetts during the snow season. Set up and break down storage containers and their contents in the fall and spring. Conduct inventories throughout the winter and perform final inventories after each season. Perform minor repair maintenance on shovels, snowcasters, and snowblowers. Conduct pre and post staking of clients' properties. Perform annual touch-up painting on our fleet of vehicles in the offseason. Qualifications Experience in logistics or equipment maintenance is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic repair and maintenance skills for snow equipment.
