Field Construction Technician (Underground Utilities Laborer) Location: Gooding, Idaho Pay Range: $19 – $27 per hour (DOE) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Underground Utilities Laborer to join our construction team. This position supports projects focused on conduit and fiber installation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: • Assist with trenching operations, including saw cutting, plowing, and micro-trenching. • Install conduit and fiber into handholes and manholes. • Set and place handholes and manholes. • Safely and efficiently operate tools and light machinery. • Restore job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
