We are looking for Sales/Branch Manager Trainees to expand our already rapidly growing company. RJS Roofing & Construction plans to open 7 new branches around the Atlanta metropolitan area in the next 6 months, and we need you (if you are a great listener, and highly motivated person) to help us move forward as quickly as possible. To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will make $100,000 - $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training which will last less than 6 months, is a guarantee of 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company! After you are with us for 30 days, you will be paid $300 as a bonus added to your regular pay every week, as long as you remain with the company until you reach $4500.

Support quality assurance checks of various internal and client facing reporting. Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments. Contribute to internal database maintenance, upkeep and data entry. Research, order, & distribute company-wide gifts (2-3 times per year). Organize company events, competitions, and special projects throughout the year. Facilitate company holiday, time off, and schedule variation calendars.
