Part Time House Cleaning 2-3 days per week (Natomas/Roseville)

Job description Location: Greater Sacramento and East Bay, California Job Status: Full-Time: Mon-Thursday Status: Accepting Applications - Please include a resume with a response. Position Summary: Provides paint booth maintenance services to Body Shop Solutions customers. Position Responsibilities: Remove spent filters from booths and replace with new filters according to filter specifications. Remove coating from internal surfaces of paint booths and reapply materials. Sweep and shovel debris from the booths. Dispose of paint booth residue Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Remove paint overspray from pit/exhaust systems Sand paint from interior walls/surfaces Comply with safety policies and procedures. Operate power tools and other equipment safely. Provide additional support as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service - Strong customer service orientation. Safety Equipment - Strong ability to work safely with equipment. Team Environment - Strong team player. Attendance - Regular attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills and Experience - Prior experience in the fields of maintenance, janitorial, or construction. Prior experience operating power tools. This job is labor intensive and heavy lifting is required. Job Types: Full-time Salary: Starting at $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: We are at a different location each day. Field Supervisor - Seasonal Description: The Field Supervisor is a part time, seasonal position that runs from October through April. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units. Job Duties:  Complete app usage training  On call 24/7  Establish great client & service provider relationships  Manage assigned service providers (sub-contractors) within the geographical area  Solve any issues and / or non-performance with clients or service providers  Assist in snow plowing operations as necessary at all hours of the day or night  Provide field support  Be on feet for long periods of time  Shoveling when required Requirements:  Managerial experience  1+ years of snow & ice removal required  Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology and comfortable communicating through email, text and other messaging systems  Knowledge of equipment used for snow & ice removal  Hold current driver’s license, accompanied by clean driving record  Ability to work long shifts, weather dependent  Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly  Travel as needed, often statewide, and out of state  Driving for long periods of time during snow throughout territory  Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred

I am currently hiring experienced appliance installers. Must have actual appliance installation experience. Must know how to install dishwashers, over the range microwaves, gas appliances and hoods.
