This full-time role involves maintaining clean, safe, and organized offices and outdoor grounds. Main office: 5 private offices, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and reception Supervisor office: 3 private offices and 1 bathroom Duties include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, taking out trash, and cleaning the kitchen and reception area. Grounds Maintenance: Light pruning of plants around the property Pick up trash and debris from nursery grounds Move and straighten nursery plants (some may fall over in the wind) Lift and carry plants as needed Keep outdoor areas neat and organized Mechanic Shop Sweep floors, clean work areas Take out trash and maintain cleanliness Occasional Duties (As Needed): Pressure washing outdoor surfaces Window washing (indoor and outdoor) Light painting Spraying for weeds or NSH (nursery-specific treatment) Requirements: Must have valid work authorization Driver’s license is a plus Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently ✅ Job Posting – General Cleaning and Maintenance Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Pay: $18.00 per hour We are seeking a responsible and hardworking individual for the position of Cleaning and Maintenance at a landscape company with offices and common areas. Main Responsibilities: Cleaning of 2 buildings: Main office: 5 offices, 2 restrooms, kitchen and reception Supervisor office: 3 offices and 1 restroom Tasks: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, cleaning restrooms and kitchen, taking out garbage, and restocking supplies Grounds Maintenance (Frequent): Light pruning of plants Collect garbage and maintain order in the nursery Reposition plants fallen due to wind Carry and move plants as required Mechanic Shop: Sweep, clean work areas Take out garbage and maintain order Occasional Tasks (When Needed): Pressure washing Window cleaning Light painting Application of herbicides or NSH
