Looking for help on my small farm/ranchette (Cottage Grove OR)

Looking for a person or couple to help on my ranchette. The worker will live for free on the property in a recreational vehicle (RV). The owner will pay for electricity, internet, and propane. In return, they will clean and muck out the stables 2 or 3 times per week or daily, feed the animals twice a day, and provide them with fresh, clean water every day. The owner also has occasional tasks (trash collection, fence building and repair, carpentry, and maintenance of the main house garden) that will be paid at $20.00 per hour, in addition to maintaining the animal areas. I am open to a couple in exchange for additional household chores inside the house. A valid driver's license is preferred to insure and operate the farm truck.
