Clean Spaces is an established, family-owned cleaning company, and we’re urgently hiring! We’ve built a trusted reputation for quality, reliability, and positivity and now we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for dependable cleaners with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude to join us and take pride in every clean.
Position Details
Type: Residential & Commercial Cleaning (occasional move outs or vacation rentals)
Schedule Needs:
Prime availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Weekend availability is a plus
Compensation: $20–$25/hr equivalent pay
Bonus and Tip opportunities
Supplies & equipment provided
What Your Day Might Include:
Cleaning residential homes, move-outs, and commercial spaces, and occasional vacation rentals
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas
Tidying, organizing, and making every space shine
Lifting and carrying supplies up stairs (up to 40 lbs)
Using the BookingKoala app to manage your schedule, checklists, and clock in/out
Staying connected with the team when needed on a clean
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable, punctual, communicative, and trustworthy team members
Prior cleaning experience but not a must
Ability to work independently and part of a team while following instructions
Comfortable using a phone app for scheduling and job details
Weekday availability between 9AM–4PM (cleaning jobs may start at different times within this window
