We are an established maritime construction company operating in the Outer Banks for over 45 years, specializing in pile driving, bulkheads, retaining walls, dock/marina installations, and boat lifts. We have all necessary licenses and insurance. We are currently seeking carpenter helpers and construction apprentices. Little to no experience required, but willingness to learn is essential. General knowledge of hand tools is a plus. Must be reliable and able to work as part of a team with other employees. Opportunity for advancement into carpentry roles as skills improve. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties for RSI buildings and grounds in East Central Minnesota. All candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet company motor vehicle operator criteria, and successfully complete a background check.
