About Us We’re a mission-driven Series C startup building software that safely integrates drones into the national airspace. Our platform enables complex drone operations across both urban and rural environments, partnering with transportation departments, municipalities, and enterprise customers to support the future of uncrewed aviation. The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for data, AI, and aviation technology. You’ll be responsible for building products and features that unlock safe, scalable, and data-driven drone operations. This role requires balancing vision and strategy with hands-on execution: identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and regulatory partners to turn complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive, trusted tools for our customers. Your work will directly shape how drones operate in cities, industries, and infrastructure projects nationwide. What You’ll Do -Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for data- and AI-driven capabilities. -Conduct market research and user discovery to uncover customer needs in the rapidly evolving drone ecosystem. -Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, and data science on execution. -Define product scope, release plans, and success metrics that tie directly to business outcomes. -Partner with regulatory bodies, enterprise clients, and industry stakeholders to align solutions with real-world requirements. -Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and business development teams. -Analyze product usage and operational data, turning insights into actionable product decisions. -Stay ahead of trends in drones, AI, and aviation technology, spotting opportunities for innovation. -Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth execution across technical, business, and external partners. What We’re Looking For -Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). -4–7 years of product management experience in an agile software environment. -Proven track record of delivering complex products end-to-end, ideally in data- or AI-driven domains. -Strong understanding of AI technologies and experience building AI-enabled products (required). -Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize product and operational data into actionable insights. -Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable working with stakeholders across technical, business, and regulatory contexts. -Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools. Bonus: experience in aviation, drones, geospatial data, or regulated industries. Senior Network Engineer
Symmetrio is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers to support a major enterprise network transformation initiative for our customer, a large government organization. This role centers on the implementation of Juniper MX960 routers and the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This role will involve leading high-impact cutovers and migrations in a production environment, contributing to both hands-on implementation and network architecture design across a multi-overlay fabric. This is a hybrid position based out of Philadelphia, salary is in the 110-150k range. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-scale Juniper router migrations (MX960 platform). Design and validate EVPN/VXLAN architectures with multiple overlays to ensure scalability, performance, and redundancy. Collaborate closely with the customer’s Network Engineering team to achieve seamless integration with minimal disruption during migrations. Configure, test, and deploy Junos OS across MX and EX platforms in production environments. Provide expert-level guidance on the migration from MC-LAG to EVPN, including design validation, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, cutover strategies, and post-migration processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Juniper routing, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols. Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical events. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or large data center environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper MX and EX platforms. Position Overview We are seeking a Field IT Technician to join our growing team. This role combines IT expertise with hands-on fieldwork, supporting the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise security systems.
