Your Role and Responsibilities The demand for excellence among our staff members is high, creating a dynamic and exciting work environment. As a Collector you will: • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls/accounts. • Manage delinquent account queues • Complete detailed skip tracing on problematic accounts • Resolve customer disputes both individually and with management • Be responsible for achieving all daily, weekly, monthly performance goals & objectives as defined and set by management. • Work with high technology systems and environment Location and Shift Info This position is based in Van Nuys, CA with an 8-hour shift schedule of Mon-Fri. Experience and Position Requirements • At least 1-3+ years’ experience in collections (preferred in the auto finance industry) • Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask. • Outstanding attendance record • Must have people, discretion, persuasion, and time management skills. • Working knowledge of internet and skip tracing applications (TLO, idicore, etc.) • High School Diploma Preferred Skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) • Experience w/ OMEGA, RDN, and GPS tracking companies a plus • Extensive experience in the auto finance industry.

We are helping a client find a Program Coordinator to provide critical administrative and coordination support to maintain continuity in the University Research Partnerships (URP) team’s existing workflows. In this role, you will ensure day-to-day operations, documentation, communications, scheduling, and event planning are executed consistently and reliably while maintaining the high standards expected in a dynamic, high-visibility research program involving top North American universities. The ideal candidate is familiar with university research administration and academic business operations, including the ability to work effectively with faculty, sponsored programs offices, and decentralized administrative systems. Rate: $31 to $50 per hour Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring workflow continuity, timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
