CNA would need to have completed both Nurse Delegation-Core and Nurse Delegation-Diabetes classes to be able to be delegated under the supervision of the RN. RN/LPN duties would include med management, wound care, trach care, other care duties, and supervision of the CNA. RN/LPN would have CNA assistance for 6 hours of the day shift.
