You’ll be part of a hands-on team responsible for all aspects of daily café operations, including food preparation, cashier duties, and vending machine maintenance. Each snack bar features a hot box for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and prepares one daily lunch special. We also manage approximately seven vending machines in each building where the snack bars are located. We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy interacting with customers, and bring a positive, can-do attitude each day. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch items Handle cashier duties and manage customer transactions Maintain and restock vending machines as needed Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café and equipment Track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply Assist with opening and/or closing duties Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Requirements Ability to pass an FBI background check (required for courthouse or base access) Reliable personal vehicle for transportation on and off the base Strong multitasking and organizational skills Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train ServeSafe certification is a plus, but not required Hours Monday to Friday, approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (depending on location) Average 25–35 hours per week Weekends and holidays off Compensation 💵 $15–$18 per hour (based on experience) 💰 Additional tips averaging $1–$3 per hour How to Apply Interested candidates can schedule a phone interview.
