Our culture is fast-paced, flexible, and team-oriented — perfect for someone who loves people, sales, bartender or server skill set is ideal -and real estate. ⸻ Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Agent who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves meeting new people, and is driven by results. This is a flexible, high-energy position ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and wants to make great money by helping students and young professionals find their next home. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Show and lease apartments, duplexes, and houses to prospective tenants. • Handle calls, texts, and emails from leads in a friendly and professional manner. • Follow up promptly and close leases efficiently. • Maintain listings, pricing, and marketing photos across online platforms. • Prepare and process lease paperwork with accuracy. • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects. • Work closely with management to hit leasing targets and improve processes. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Money-motivated and sales-driven — loves to close deals and exceed goals. • Personable and confident — easy to talk to, great with people, and likable. • Organized and proactive — follows up consistently and keeps things moving. • Well-spoken and professional — strong communication and customer service skills. • Self-starter / go-getter who can work independently with minimal supervision. • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required). • Familiarity with student housing or AppFolio is a plus. ⸻ Perks & Pay • Competitive base pay + commission (earnings based on performance). • Flexible schedule – great for students, real estate agents, or side-hustlers. • Growth opportunities within a fast-growing local property management company. • Fun, supportive, and energetic team culture.
