At 34 Restaurant and Bar, Emeril Lagasse's newest venture, we are looking for pastry cooks with production and plating experience. Responsibilities will include, Station set-up and breakdown, prepping of desserts and garnishes, plating up desserts and cheese/salumi boards. Applicants should have two years of experience, and a degree in Baking and Pastry is preferred, but not required. Must have good grooming and be able to work well with others.
