Grateful Bread Company is looking for an experienced overnight artisan bread mixer. Must be able to mix large volume doughs for a busy retail and wholesale bakery. We'll train on our procedures but applicant needs to have experience on how to mix ciabatta, baguettes, sourdoughs, and loaf breads. We are looking for a detail-oriented person who is good at math and has good time management skills to do early morning mixes of our breads as well as other baking tasks. Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must, as well as prior experience working in a commercial bakery mixing large volume doughs. District San Jose is looking for an energetic and committed host to join our team! We are a fast-paced restaurant and bar located in the heart of San Pedro, and we need a host to work on Friday and Saturday nights with weeknights needed during event season.
