Position: Food Truck Manager & Chef Location: Raleigh, NC Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive pay + tips + performance bonuses What You’ll Do Lead all daily truck operations — from setup to service to close-down Cook and plate Karahi Kraze’s signature dishes to brand standards Manage prep, inventory, and ingredient ordering Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene compliance Coordinate event schedules, catering setups, and festival operations Train and supervise team members (prep cooks, servers, cashiers) Track daily sales, cash handling, and POS reports Represent Karahi Kraze professionally at all events and community gatherings Who You Are Experienced in food-truck, restaurant, or catering management Skilled cook or chef — ideally with Desi / South-Asian cuisine experience. We are also willing to train if no experience in this type of cuisine.
