Preschool Teacher Needed (Infant Toddler) Seeking a Full-Time infant /Toddler teacher with at list 6 E C E units that includes infant/Toddler class., Wonderful, energetic, enthusiastic, loving, nurturing, patient, creative, friendly and dependable person to join our team. Bringing joy and smiles to our children. Job duties include: Teachers daily duties and activities. Participate in Circle time /Music & Movement Being Creative & amp; Fun Clean & Organized A Team Player Schedules: Monday - Friday. 8 am to 5 pm Classroom: Ages: 5 months to 18 months Low child to teacher ratios Infant toddler Experience is not important: We will train Live Scan, Vaccinations/TB test clearance. The Associate Teacher is responsible for the implementation of the established curriculum for the children, ages 18-months up to 3-year-olds, in the CANV Kids Development & Family Program. Come join our team to meet the individual needs of each child and to prepare them for kindergarten. An Early Childhood Education Associate Teacher Permit is required for this position. COVID-19 protocols will be in place. Health screenings of staff and children will be administered daily. Napa County Public Health and California Department of Health recommendations will be followed including wearing masks, social distancing and respecting a safe cohort. *$1,000 sign on Bonus - $500 upon completing your three-month introductory period and $500 after completing 6 months. Key Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for a tutor who can provide high-quality, individualized instruction and meet the following criteria: • Instructional Differentiation: Must be able to differentiate instruction effectively, tailoring teaching methods, materials, and pace to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student. This includes adapting content for students who are struggling, as well as those who are ready for enrichment. • Evidence-Based Strategies: Must be proficient in and able to apply evidence-based strategies for both literacy and math. • Literacy: Familiarity with structured literacy approaches (e.g., phonics, phonemic awareness) and comprehension strategies is essential. • Mathematics: Ability to use concrete, representational, and abstract (CRA) methods, and foster deep conceptual understanding alongside procedural fluency. • Grade Level Expertise: Solid knowledge of the K-7 curriculum for both literacy and mathematics. • Communication: Excellent communication skills to provide clear feedback to students and maintain open, professional communication with Grace Tutoring Services and parents. • Experience: Previous tutoring or teaching experience with elementary and middle school students is highly preferred.
