Key responsibilities include: * Inspect, diagnose, and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors, skid steers, loaders, utility vehicles (Gators), and farm trucks * Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime * Maintain accurate repair and service records * Communicate equipment status with supervisors and managers * Ensure all repairs are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
