Qualifications - Sales experience highly preferred, but not required; automotive or powersports sales strongly preferred. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. - Strong communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously. - Comfort using CRM platforms (or proven ability to learn quickly). - Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. - This is a team driven environment.
