Requirements Requirements: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sales preferably in the engineering field. Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
