Chehalis Avenue is an affordable (HUD/LIHTC) community in Chehalis, WA with 60 units. The Community Manager will work to ensure that the property meets all ownership goals and objectives, enforce Guardian Management policies and procedures, and to adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times. At least one year of experience working in Property Management, and/or, at least one year working in the specific program in place at the property (such as HUD, LIHTC, RD, or Tax Credit). At least one year of experience developing, maintaining and adhering to an annual budget. Experience with Yardi preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting. Ability to speak, read and write in English. Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
