Walking distance to bus, Hannaford, ATM, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut, Stewarts This is a men's rooming house. You share kitchen and bath with the other men in the building. Your not renting an apartment. You are allowed a guest but they can't live here, shower here, do your laundry or cook for you here. This is also not an environment for children. NO PETS OF ANY KIND! My building is clean, quiet and we don't put up with much. No drama!!! I REQUIRE minimum 6 months of employment where you're presently working unless receiving Social Security or Retirement benefits. Social Services will not pay the full cost of monthly rent so I do not accept it or any assurance from family, church or friends on tenants behalf for rent/security payments. Upon move-in all tenants must pay an additional week's rent to be used as last week's rent ONLY. I don't ever return it as it is applied to your last week's rent with proper notice. The only additional cost you'll incur is air conditioning if you provide one. I charge an additional weekly amount of $10 while it's in for season.
