Two bedroom home in quiet street (15 th Ave s) At home: your own room, fairly well-spaced; good light etc. We would evenly share 700 dollars ($780 each) Utilities are even divided (generally in half like 80/month each) The Beacon Hill station is 3 min walking distance. Convenient urban transport with the help of light rail Solid food on Rainier Ave In fact, I can afford it relative to Capitol Hill! 28, tech worker, pretty clean, enjoy cooking, Netflix and like socializing with people but not in the extreme. A desire to meet someone like him - responsible yet not tight. Professional, neat, cold with some splitting of groceries though, no strange energy.
