Prices are as follows 0.08 cents per square footage of your home for a standard clean 0.15 cents per square footage of your home for a deep clean Hi I've outlined the differences between a standard and deep clean below for your reference. **Standard Clean** * Sweep and mop floors (without. moving furniture or cleaning baseboards) * Dusting (including ceiling fans) * Make beds * Wash and put away dishes * Clean kitchen counters and the outside of the stove * Vacuum * Take out trash * Bathrooms **Deep Clean** * Sweep and mop floors (moving. furniture and cleaning underneath, including under beds) * Dusting (including knick-knacks and ceiling fans) * Make and change beds * Clean the inside of microwaves, stoves, and refrigerators (disposing of old and outdated food items) * Clean inside cabinets (additional $50. fee applies) * Wash and put away dishes * Vacuum carpets * Take out trash (will replace trash cans provided you have trash bags) * Laundry (wash, dry and fold provided you have laundry detergent and dryer sheets) * Dust blinds and windowsills * Baseboards * Bathrooms * Shampoo Carpets (provided you have a shampoo cleaner) We provide all cleaning solutions and use our on equipment unless customer wants us to use theirs. We don't provide trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We also don't unclog toilets, bathtubs or sinks. We will work up to 8hrs per day to get your house clean with an hr break after 4hrs. Anything that takes more than 4 days may cost extra. But normal lived in houses shouldn't take more than 2 days. We take half the pay upfront the rest upon completion of the job.
