Available monthly rates: All slots $150 per month -Monday: 10am -6pm -Thursday: 10am - 6pm or 6:30pm-1am - Friday: 10am - 6pm or 6:30pm-1am -elevator -small side storage -Heat/Two AC units. one floor, one wall. -House, P.A/mixer drums, bass/Two guitar amps to use. -Montrose L stop -looking to fill soon Serious inquiries only.
