Our operations primarily cover the MID WEST region, and we are currently seeking dedicated associates who are ready and capable of meeting the high demand for time-sensitive and punctual deliveries. To thrive in this role, we require associates who possess in-depth knowledge of DOT/HOS rules, have at least two years of verifiable OTR experience, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations. In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer the following attractive benefits: Competitive Compensation: Team drivers earn an impressive $0.90 per mile for all miles driven. Solo drivers receive a highly competitive rate between $0.70 and $0.80 per mile, depending on experience and performance. Comprehensive Pay Structure: We ensure you are compensated for every mile traveled, including both empty and full miles. You receive a fixed pay of $1,800 per full week on the road /if driven more than 2250 miles you will get paid 0.80cpm on top of $1800 , with the opportunity to return home for a full week after four weeks on the road. After six months of dedicated service with outstanding performance, you qualify for a $1,800 performance bonus. Upon completing one year with our company, you will receive a $2,000 bonus paid in a lump sum. Occupational Insurance Coverage: We prioritize the well-being of our associates and provide comprehensive occupational insurance coverage. Clean DOT inspections are rewarded with bonuses ranging from $150 to $700.Our fleet consists of top-of-the-line equipment, including KW T680 and Volvo trucks, paired with reliable 53-foot dry vans. 24/7 Operations: We understand the urgency of expedited deliveries, and as such, our operations run around the clock to meet the needs of our clients.
