Top drivers at this location earn over $110,000/year. Ask our recruiters about the Weekly Pay Incentive program that allows drivers to earn extra cash each week! Plus we are offering a $5,000 BONUS to new hires at our Taylor Location. HOMETIME: Drivers in at our Taylor, MI terminal can expect to average 1 night out per week. There will be times when you are out over night. There will also be weeks when you are home every night depending on freight and driver preferences. Bulkmatic provides hotel rooms and a meal allowance for nights out. There is some Weekend Work is required at this location. EQUIPMENT: Bulkmatic takes pride in our in-house fleet maintenance network. Our 22 shop locations enable us to maintain an extensive PM Program. Our shops run multiple shifts allowing for more service hours and we have the added flexibility of our mobile technicians. A small, established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Department. This position is responsible for performing daily in-process inspections on the production floor to ensure parts meet all customer and internal specifications. Additional responsibilities include receiving inspection of purchased materials and outsourced processes to verify compliance with quality standards and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily in-process inspections on small, intricate parts (lengths ranging from 0.25” to 4.00”; material thickness from 0.002” to 0.063”) with tight tolerances (+/- 0.002” to +/- 0.010”). • Conduct First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections. • Complete and maintain inspection reports, Corrective Actions, Certificates of Conformance, and other customer-required quality documentation. • Inspect incoming materials, outsource parts, and certifications. • Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators, and Keyence measurement system. • Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings. • Collaborate with production and office personnel to address nonconformances.
