Additional skills not required but always welcome include more advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hvac, drywall, floor installation, and tile installation would be awesome. Lead Carpenter reports back to Project Manager. Project Manager leads the job with the help of lead carpenter. There is advancement opportunities for a lead carpenter to grow into a Project Management role.
