We are hiring a full-time Remote Equipment Operator in San Francisco to control a soil compaction roller from our local office using advanced teleoperation systems. You’ll play a key role in making construction safer, faster, and more efficient through cutting-edge robotics. *No prior construction experience is required; full training is provided.* This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll work closely with our field teams to deliver real-world results from behind the controls. You’ll also have opportunities to visit job sites occasionally to see the impact of your work and support live deployments.
