JOB DESCRIPTION Just All About You is seeking individuals who are compassionate and caring to assist teen girls and young women with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Here At Just All About You, our dedicated staff provide support to females(ages 13+) with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. We provide quality care for our members in a comfortable and safe environment. Our services include but are not limited to: Assist members with performing personal care activities and housekeeping duties, as needed Monitoring the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of the members, reporting any changes to all responsible parties including but not limited to the guardian, support coordinator, healthcare provider, etc... Transporting members to appointments or other social outings in the community Assisting with self-administration of all medication and treatments, as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment Our ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. Should be ready to assist in transportation, administration of medication, preparing meals, and assisting members with habilitation goals, etc... Shifts available: Part-time - Sat & Sun 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am Direct Care Staff Requirements: * Must be at least 19 years of age * Must have a High School Diploma or GED * Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a level 1 fingerprint clearance card from Arizona * Must have valid driver's licenses * Must be able to work in a team environment Training: Prevention & Support, CPR, First Aid, Article 9 * Prior experience a PLUS!
