Nurse Practitioner (NP) – In-Home Wound Care (Leadership Role) 📍 St. George, Utah Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with wound care certification to take on a leadership-focused role in our growing in-home wound care practice. This position is 90% supervisory, overseeing and supporting a team of RNs who provide direct patient care in the field. The NP will ensure quality standards are met, guide clinical decision-making, and handle advanced wound care cases as needed. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support RN staff delivering in-home wound care. Oversee patient care plans and ensure adherence to best practices. Provide advanced wound care for complex cases when required. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal standards. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Utah. Wound Care Certification required (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent). Strong wound care expertise (debridement, dressing selection, diabetic/pressure ulcers, infection control, complex wounds). Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
