Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and competitive compensation for clinicians who value both professional growth and work-life balance. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide supervision to behavior technicians, and collaborate closely with families and team members to ensure effective, ethical, and compassionate service delivery. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB supervision standards. Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure ongoing client progress. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills. Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and reports per agency and BACB standards. Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed. Travel locally for in-home visits (mileage reimbursed). Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Atlanta metro area. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Schedule & Compensation Part-time: Flexible scheduling (10–25 hours/week). Hybrid: Combination of remote supervision and in-person client sessions. Compensation: $90–$110 per hour (based on experience). Mileage reimbursement for all client-related travel.
